The Ninth U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has given the Trump administration yet another big victory.
Late Tuesday evening, the court ruled that the administration can continue with its policy of returning Central American migrants to Mexico.
This is a big win as Trump’s Border Patrol, DHS, and DOJ can start deporting them back to their home countries and they will have to do it the right way.
It doesn’t mean that the migrants journey is over, but it does mean they won’t be allowed as undocumented illegals into the United States.
They’ll have to way while their requests for asylum in the U.S. are adjudicated.
