WINNING: Amy Coney Barrett Confirmed to U.S. Supreme Court with 52 to 48 Vote!

A historic Monday night for America as President Trump was able to put his defining stamp on his first term and legacy of U.S. Presidents. Amy Coney Barrett has been confirmed to the United States Senate with 52 votes.

A grueling process as partisan Democrats who’ve literally lied at every turn, tried to destroy the life of now Justice Brett Kavanaugh, as well as the President with false accusation after false accusation is over. Amy Coney Barrett has replaced the iconic Ruth Bader Ginsburg on the Supreme Court. Ginsburg passed away in September.

Barrett will solidify a 6-3 conservative majority on the high court and will be able to participate in the court’s action on the petitions, potentially giving Republican litigants an additional ally as the justices review the various requests.

The addition of Barrett on the Court in a move that will make the 7th Circuit Court of Appeals judge and Notre Dame law professor the third appointment to the high court by President Trump, solidifying his administration’s legacy even further just a week before Election Day as he seeks a second term.

This is a developing story, as sources report that the revered Justice Clarence Thomas will be swearing Barrett in somewhere later this evening.

Democrats voted and then walked out like petulant children with their thumbs down, upset because the Republicans refused to wait on another election. A move that is perfectly within the rights of President Trump and the Senate majority.

The laughable notion that the Democrats would wait until the elections if they controlled the Senate are absolutely preposterous.

What a massive win for conservatives and the Trump Administration on this Monday evening.
