Which States Haven’t Issued Stay at Home Orders? We List them Inside

Twelve state have yet to issue stay-at-home orders to their residents despite a rising number of coronavirus cases and deaths across the country.

The number not to issue this order is steadily decreasing and are beginning to experience heavy pressure due to the new estimates from the Trump administration that as many as 240,000 could die from the coronavirus even with heavy social distancing.

All of the remaining states have imposed at least some restrictions, such as making all restaurants switch to takeout or delivery only, banning large gatherings and closing schools and some have issued stay-at-home for affected regions.

Here is a listing of the twelve states without a state wide stay-at-home orders:  Alabama, Arkansas, Iowa, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, and Wyoming.
