Joe Biden’s wife Jill was opening up for him at his campaign relaunch in Council Bluffs, Iowa, and you just can’t make up or script what happened next. She’s flailing her arms, and getting the crowd fired up, her fingers pass in front of her husband Joe’s face once, and then a second time. Joe just couldn’t help himself, like a creepy condor he reaches out and puts them in his mouth.
