Walmart has now fallen to the politically correct police in the state of Mississippi.
Walmart stores will no longer display the Mississippi flag in its stores, a company spokesperson told the Commercial Appeal in Memphis.
Walmart spokesperson Anne Hatfield said in a statement that while the issue of the state flag is under discussion, the store will remove the flags from being displayed in its stores.
Hatfield said it’s a common practice for Walmart stores to display state flags. The Mississippi flag includes a Confederate emblem, which has drawn renewed calls to change the flag.
What a pathetic disgrace it is when companies cower to the liberal mob.
