The New Jersey governor has just done the unthinkable. He has taken the steps that a tyrant would officially take.
Governor Phillip Murphy has shut down the Atilis Gym with the State Health Department. As of Friday night, the locks on the gym were changed. The state of New Jersey literally changed the locks to the gym, which is illegal.
This is a blatant violation of the due process laws of the 14th Amendment of the United States. They even went as far as to shut the water off for the gym.
On Tuesday the gym owners will be filing an injunction to reopen in Federal Court. They hope to have the gym back open on Wednesday if all goes well.
