Two Men are facing charges after video has appeared showing one of them urinating on a memorial in a New Jersey park.

The memorial is in honor of 9-year-old Christian Clopp, who died of cancer five years ago.

Bryan Bellace, 23, was charged with disorderly conduct, criminal mischief, lewdness, and having an open alcoholic beverage in a park. Bellace is the one accused of urinating on the memorial.

Daniel Flippen, 23, allegedly filmed the video and was charged with having an open beverage in a park.

The video was posted on social media on Sunday, showing a man laughing as he urinated on a memorial in Underhill Park in Mays Landing.

Two locals who heard about the horrific event, decided to go to the park and clean the memorial.

Paul Burgan and Desmond Walker took immediate action to clean it and disinfect it.

“It’s a disgusting act,” Paul Burgan said.

“As a single parent, you think, ‘What if that was my child?’” Desmond Walker stated.

The father of the late boy Mark Clopp took to Facebook and had this statement to say.

“I don’t understand this world today. A friend of ours came over today to inform us that a video was posted of two scumbags urinating on Christian’s memorial at his playground.”
