Trump Doubles Down on Biden-Ukraine Scandal

During an interview with Fox News host Sean Hannity on Wednesday evening, President Donald Trump promised that former Vice President Joe Biden’s Ukraine scandal would be a major issue in 2020.

The comments from the president come after Biden had a very strong performance on Super Tuesday against socialist presidential candidate Bernie Sanders.

Check out what Breitbart reported:

Hannity turned Trump’s attention to the work done by Peter Schweizer, president of the Government Accountability Institute and Breitbart News senior contributor, as it relates to Hunter Biden, Joe Biden’s 50-year-old son, who received millions of dollars from the Ukrainian energy company Burisma while his dad — then the sitting vice president — directed $1.8 billion in U.S. aid money to Ukraine.

These revelations, and more, were exposed in Schweizer’s bestseller Profiles in Corruption: Abuse of Power by America’s Progressive Elite. Most striking was the discovery that Hunter did not speak the language in Ukraine nor did he have any experience in the energy sector.

Incredibly, after a Ukrainian prosecutor launched an investigation into Hunter’s company, then-Vice President Biden used the threat of withholding U.S. aid to force Ukraine to fire the prosecutor.

Towards the beginning of the interview, Hannity asked the President to open up about his thoughts regarding Biden and his son Hunter Biden and their corrupt connections in Ukraine.

The President explained how the Democrats and the media are doing everything they can to cover up the Ukraine scandal however he vowed to make sure that the scandal wasn’t going anywhere.

“Nobody says anything, the other people that are running trying to beat him don’t bring it up,” President Trump said to Hannity. “That wouldn’t happen with the Republicans, I can tell you. I’m not saying good, bad, or indifferent, but that certainly wouldn’t happen with the Republicans.”

“And you know, it’s incredible. That will be a major issue in the campaign,” he promised. “I will bring that up all the time, because I don’t see any way out. I don’t see any way — for them, I don’t see how they can answer those questions. And maybe they can. I hope they can.”
