TRUMP DOESN’T INVITE PELOSI TO BILL SIGNING

President Trump declined to invite Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.)  to the White House ceremony today where he planned to sign the historic $2 trillion coronavirus rescue package passed earlier in the day by the House, aides said.

There has been a long running feud between between the Republican president and the Democratic Speaker of the House.  The snub today is just the latest episode between the two politicians.

The Republican president and Democratic Speaker have not spoken to each other since Oct. 16, when Pelosi and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer (D-N.Y.) walked out of a meeting with Trump after he reportedly insulted her as a “third-rate politician,” aides said today.
