TRIGGER WARNING: Oklahoma Senators Want to Name Route 66 After President Trump

If you want to upset a liberal, share this story. The most conservative leaning state in America is holding firm on that title tonight.

Two lawmakers in Oklahoma have filed a bill to rename a portion of Route 66 “President Donald J. Trump Highway.”

The bill was filed Tuesday by Senators Nathan Dahm and Marty Quinn.

The senators wrote in the bill that they would pay for any costs associated with the renaming.

The kicker is, this will happen. Every single county in Oklahoma in 2016 voted for President Trump. Wait until this actually happens, the left will lose their minds.

SB 1089 could be heard as early as February 2020.

Lawmakers say they’d like to see the highway renamed on November 1st, 2020.

It won’t happen. People treasure Route 66 far too much. And Nathan Dahm is not at all well-liked. Routs 66 is not just in Oklahoma…so it would break-up the Route. And businesses make their living from tourists following the Route 66 trip. Won’t happen. Yes
