Pat Sajak says he believes the “worst has passed” following his emergency intestine surgery.
The longtime host of the very popular show “Wheel of Fortune” Pat Sajak, 73, has had to have emergency surgery for a blocked intestine, according the show’s reps.
Taping of the show was canceled last Thursday but taping resumed Friday as scheduled with Vanna White stepping in as host.
Pat Sajak has been hosting Wheel of Fortune, which is the longest running syndicated game show in the U.S., since 1982.
