Some harsh words coming out of Washington, D.C. over the weekend from House Intelligence Ranking member Devin Nunes over the Intelligence Agencies lack of transparency in the Russian collusion hoax.
The following is from SaraCarter.com
Ranking member of the House Intelligence Committee Rep. Devin Nunes told Fox News on Sunday, that if U.S. intelligence agencies fail or refuse to release information regarding its involvement in the now debunked investigation into President Donald Trump’s campaign and his presidency then it’s time to “shut those agencies down.” Nunes also revealed for the first time that he’s seen documents that he believes are the “smoking gun” in the Obama administration’s debunked investigation into Trump and his team.
Nunes, a California Republican, who has been at the forefront of the investigation into the malfeasance of the FBI and the U.S. intelligence agencies participating in the probes into Trump and his team, told Maria Bartiromo on Sunday Morning Futures that these actions should not be accepted.
Nunes revealed the existence of the classified documents to Bartiromo. He had seen the underlying documents that have yet to be made public. Further, he blasted the intelligence community for fighting to keep some of the ‘smoking gun’ documents from release, saying he’s only “only seen a few of those” documents but the ones he’s seen are significant.
“They’re definitely smoking guns,” he said. “That information definitely needs to be made available to the American public.”
