The wait is officially over on what’s going on with the Covington High school students.

Lin Wood, the lawyer for Nick Sandmann said yesterday that Nathan Phillips “will be sued.”

Wood speaking with LifeSiteNews said that Nathan Phillips “lies and false accusations” against Sandmann and the Covington students have been “well documented.”

Wood went on to say that they would be filing the first round of lawsuits within two weeks. Wood is accompanied by Todd V. McMurtry is a Kentucky based attorney, and Robert Barnes, a California based attorney is also representing the family.
