One of the greatest quarterbacks in NFL history went all in for the President on Friday morning as he officially endorsed President Donald Trump for re-election. Brett Favre made the announcement via his Twitter account.
“My Vote is for what makes this country great, freedom of speech & religion, 2nd Amnd, hard working tax paying citizens, police & military,” Favre wrote. “In this election, we have freedom of choice, which all should respect. For me & these principles, my Vote is for @RealDonaldTrump.”
Favre is a Green Bay Packers Legend, taking the Wisconsin pro franchise to two Super Bowls, and winning one in 1997. The State of Wisconsin according to the latest polling is very close, and this could swing a ton of voters in the President’s direction in the state.
In the last few days the likes of famed Florida State legendary coach Bobby Bowden, Golf Icon Jack Nicklaus, and now as of the last day rapper Lil Wayne have all endorsed the President for re-election.
