During the same interview, Graham opened up about a Senate trial if Pelosi decides to hand over the articles of impeachment.

“The president is invoking executive privilege around Mick Mulvaney, John Bolton, and others,” Graham said. “They’ve impeached him because he wanted to go to court.”

Graham also stated that he doesn’t think any senators will care to hear from acting White House chief of staff Mick Mulvaney or former national security adviser John Bolton.

“If you call these witnesses who work for the president after he’s invoked executive privilege … if you deny him his day in court, then you’re abusing the constitutional rights of Donald Trump as president, and you’re putting the entire presidency at risk,” Graham stated. “I can’t imagine any senator doing this to the presidency … I hope the senators will not vote to compel witnesses before the court determines whether or not there’s executive privilege.”

Fifth Amendment anyone? They all know they are under investigation. They will just claim can’t talk because of open investigation. Recommend perjury charges based on past testimony. The Obama State Dept will cry for executive privilege and ex AG will do the same. We will see. A whole lot of nothing is what Lindsey will do because he has Democratic Senators in NC and Warren in Va to stop this.
