New York City is the first liberal palace to follow the Green New Deal’s idiocy.

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio approved an insane $14 Billion Green New Deal on Monday to combat climate change, he said.

The plan is going to cut the purchase of red meat by 50 percent in the city’s controlled facilities such as schools, hospitals, and correctional facilities.

The Mayor is doubling down on his “Meatless Monday” campaign, although New Yorkers have said de Blasio has been meatless for years.

“It is a difficult plan. It is a necessary plan… Estimates tell us that we have only 12 years to get it right. Let’s be clear, we have until 2030 to change things fundamentally, or our lives won’t be the same,” de Blasio said at the Earth Day event yesterday.
