According to a new article from The Wall Street Journal, things are not all rainbows and butterflies for the A&E Network. The Network as many of you know cancelled their hit show LIVE PD in the midst of the Antifa and Black Lives Matter Surge in America. That move turns out to be detrimental to them.
According to A&E down 49% between June 11th and July 19th. That’s horrifying news for an already struggling network that has lost the likes of Dog the Bounty Hunter and Duck Dynasty over identity politics. It couldn’t have happened to a nicer group of jerks.

Ratings for A&E Network have plummeted since it canceled the hit police reality show “Live PD” on June 10, a sign of how much the network relies on law-enforcement programming.
Average prime-time viewership for A&E between June 11 and July 19 was 498,000 people, down 49% from the same period last year, according to data from Nielsen. In the key demographics of adults 18-49 and 25-54, the declines are 55% and 53%, respectively….
A&E called the drop “temporary hit in the ratings” in a statement to the Wall Street Journal. The network explained that the hit most likely had to do with reruns being the temporary replacement for the show and not new content. The network said that it will be able to “find new hits and reinvent ourselves.” Most the popular shows are on A&E are related to crime such as The First 48 and Court Cam which the network has not canceled.
