General Milley just spoke to reporters moments ago, and he confirmed that the letter was in fact legit about the US Military pulling out of Iraq.
The Letter as you can see below was released but was not supposed to be released as it was a draft.
According to Haley Britzky at Axios the General stated “That letter is a draft, it was a mistake, it should not have been released.”
