General Michael Flynn has officially been exonerated in the unjustified and biased entrapment against him by the FBI and the Department of Justice.
The Department of Justice has now said that the investigation into General Flynn was absolutely fraudulent. This is unprecedented America, and heads should roll.
The stunning news comes after internal memos were released raising serious questions about the nature of the investigation that led to Flynn’s late 2017 guilty please of lying to the FBI.
The announcement came in a court filing, with the Justice Department saying it’s dropping the case:
“After considered review of all the facts and circumstances of this case, including newly discovered and disclosed information.”
The DOJ then said it concluded that Flynn’s interview by the FBI was “untethered to, and unjustified by, the FBI’s counterintelligence investigation into Mr. Flynn” and the interview was “conducted without any legitimate investigative basis.”
