CRIMINAL: Mueller’s Team ‘Accidentally Wiped’ Data From At Least 15 of Their Cellphones DOJ Docs Show

Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s sweeping investigation into President Trump and his associates continues to be exposed as the political hit job that it always was.

In the latest bombshell on the trickery of Mueller and his cadre of dirty cops, documents that were pried loose under a Freedom Of Information Act lawsuit revealed what would appear to be the destruction of evidence as well as obstruction of justice.

Specifically, multiple cellphones were “accidentally” wiped of data before the Justice Department’s Inspector General could examine them including phones belonging to “Mueller’s pitbull” Andrew Weissmann.

In an explanation that defies credibility, Weissmann wiped his phone twice over “password issues” despite his well-earned reputation as a brilliant but devious legal mastermind.

The documents were received by conservative watchdog Judicial Watch which posted them online.

Newly released records from the Department of Justice show that the cell phones of multiple people on then-Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s investigative team were “wiped” for various reasons during the probe.

The records show at least several dozen phones were wiped of information because of forgotten passcodes, irreparable screen damage, loss of the device, intentional deletion or other reasons — and came before the DOJ’s Office of Inspector General (OIG) could review the devices.

The documents show that Mueller deputy Andrew Weissman “accidentally wiped” his phone twice after entering the wrong passcode too many times in March 2018. Lawyer James Quarles’ phone “wiped itself” without his intervention, the records say.

The documents were released after a lawsuit from the conservative watchdog group Judicial Watch. They were first reported by Sean Davis of the Federalist.

The records indicate Attorney Greg Andres phone was also wiped due to a forgotten passcode. And they say the phones of both Mueller deputy Kyle Freeny and Rush Atkinson were wiped accidentally after they entered the wrong passcode too many times.

The records say that a phone belonging to FBI lawyer Lisa Page – whose anti-Trump texts with FBI agent Peter Strzok were of interest to investigators — was restored to factory settings when the inspector general’s office received it.

Other officials, whose names are redacted, claim to have unintentionally restored their phone to its factory settings, deleting all records of communication.

Next to the name of one redacted person, the record says: “Phone was in airplane mode, no passcode provided, data unable to be recovered so had to be wiped.”

The information that was deleted prevented any serious probe into whether Mueller’s team may have acted inappropriately or that the “angry Democrats” were driven by political vendettas.

Republicans reacted quickly to the news with Senator Chuck Grassley sending a letter to FBI Director Christopher Wray and Attorney General Bill Barr demanding answers.

Via The Federalist, “Chuck Grassley Demands Details On DOJ Efforts To Recover Lost Records”:

Iowa Republican Sen. Chuck Grassley is pressing the Department of Justice for additional details on agency efforts to recover lost records from Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s office, which may shed light on the origins of the Crossfire Hurricane investigation probing Donald Trump’s ties to Russia.

“It appears that Special Counsel Mueller’s team may have deleted federal records that could be key to better understanding their decision-making process as they pursued their investigation and wrote their report,” Grassley wrote in a Friday letter to Attorney General William Barr and FBI Director Christopher Wray.

“Indeed, many officials apparently deleted the records after the DOJ Inspector General began his inquiry into how the Department mishandled Crossfire Hurricane. Moreover, based on this new information, the number of times and the stated reasons for the deletions calls into question whether or not it was a widespread intentional effort.”

The intrepid Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Lindsey Graham has promised an investigation but don’t hold your breath waiting.

The destruction of evidence by Team Mueller is the continuation of an established pattern including cellphones and devices destroyed with hammers by aides of Hillary Clinton and of course, Mrs. Clinton’s missing emails.
