All I can say my friends is it’s about time. I grew up watching Steve Atwater in the late 1980’s dominate for the Arkansas Razorback defense alongside guys like Wayne Martin and Richard Brothers.
Steve Atwater went on to win two Super Bowls with the Denver Broncos and John Elway, and he is finally being honored as he should, as one of the greats.
Atwater is an eight-time Pro Bowler, and is known as one of the fiercest hitters in the history of the game. Most notably is his monsterous hit on Chiefs massive running back Christian Okoye on Monday Night Football back in 1990.
Can you believe that Steve Atwaters massive hit on Christian Okoye was 30 years ago America?
