BREAKING: Judge Rules Against Illinois Governor ‘Cannot Restrict Freedoms’ ILLINOIS OPEN FOR BUSINESS (VIDEO)

This is the best news heading into your Fourth of July weekend America. A judge doing things that are straight up American as hell.

State Representative Dan Bailey sued Illinois Governor Jay Prtizker for locking down Illinois and restricting residents constitutional rights. Today he was vindicated by an Illinois Judge.

Clay County Judge Michael McHaney sided with Rep. Darren Bailey (R-Xenia) on Thursday that Illinois Gov. J.B. Pritzker did not have the authority to declare consecutive disasters beyond the initial 30 days.

Judge McHaney said Pritzker doesn’t have authority to restrict freedoms.

Following Judge McHaney’s decision, Bailey Tweeted “Illinois is Open! Live Responsible!”

You can see a couple of shots of the judge’s ruling below:

If this ruling wasn’t awesome enough, here’s the judge leaving the building for the Fourth of July Holiday weekend!
