Breaking news on Friday coming out of Washington, D.C. from General Flynn’s lead attorney Sydney Powell.
The Flynn legal team and the US Government have reached an agreement on the terms for the government to interview the Covington & Burling lawyers under an agreed order which will be filed by the government by noon.
If Judge Sullivan approves, this should expedite resolution of motions to withdraw his plea because of ineffective assistance of counsel and dismissal of his case. When filed, the documents will be uploaded at SydneyPowell.com
