AT LEAST 19 KILLED IN DEADLY TENNESSEE TORNADO, DOZENS MORE HOSPITALIZED

At least 19 people have been killed after a devastating tornado ripped through Nashville early Tuesday, and Tennessee Gov. Bill Lee warned there may be more fatalities.

According to sources on the ground, dozens more have also been hospitalized.

According to the Tennessee Emergency Management Agency four people were killed in Putnam County, two in Davidson County, two in Wilson County and one in Benton County, and many others were injured.  Dozens of buildings have collapsed and people remain missing.

East Nashville and the suburb of Mt. Juliet along with the Five Points neighborhood were hit particularly hard.  And reports by ABC News’ Nashville affiliate WKRN that East Nashville is half-destroyed.
