This is one story that I’m very proud to write. I’m born and raised in the natural state, and I graduated from Rogers High School in 1996.
This Thanksgiving the Rogers Public School District in Rogers, Arkansas has announced they will donate leftover meals for the Thanksgiving holiday.
Students and their parents across the school district had Thanksgiving dinner last Thursday, and I even enjoyed eating with my little five year old who’s in her first year in Kindergarten.
Rogers makes over 4,000 pounds of Turkey for Thanksgiving among all of their large school district.
Today I am proud to be a Mountie!
