Just when you thought the NFL was starting to turn a corner on getting its fans back, enter the LA Rams.

If they win the Super Bowl this Sunday, it’s possible that the Los Angeles Rams will not visit President Trump at the White House at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue.

When asked about a potential White House visit, members of the team would not commit to make the trip. Leaving room for the possibility that they don’t go.

Earlier this week, Rams head coach Sean McVay said the team is currently “undecided” on if they’ll visit the White House, should they go on to win the Super Bowl.

“I think that the biggest thing is if we’re fortunate enough to win this game, then we talk about what’s next with regard to those steps, and that’s exactly how we’ll approach it,” the 33-year-old head coach said.

“The first thing is we have to win this game. And that’s going to be a great challenge for us, so that’s really kind of where we’re at.”

“We’re solely focused on trying to win the game against an excellent football team that’s been doing as well as anybody over the last handful of years,” he added. “The luxuries or some of the opportunities that are presented as a result of winning that are things that we will have to filter through as an organization after this.”

No Coach, I disagree. This shouldn’t even be a question. It is an honor and a privilege to get to visit the White House and the Commander in Chief. How dare you act like this isn’t about politics. It’s completely a sham by the Rams organization to even make such remarks.

The players resembled their coach cornerback Aqib Talib said, “We got to worry about preparing for the game first.”

I can tell you that my family will be pulling for the GOAT (Greatest of All Time) and the guy with the MAGA hat in his locker room. Go Pats!

  1. I think it is horrible that the Rams would even contemplate not accepting an invitation to the White House & for that reason I am going to root for the Patriots!
