Google is under fire today on several fronts. The company’s lack of care about it’s users security and privacy is becoming a major concern among those at the Pentagon.

Protests from employees forced Google to pull out of the Pentagon Artificial Intelligence Program a few short months ago. “We are not bidding on the JEDI contract because first, we couldn’t be assured that it would align with our AI Principles,” a Google spokesman said in a statement. “And second, we determined that there were portions of the contract that were out of scope with our current government certifications.”

Google Spokesperson went on to say that they are “working to support the U.S. government with our cloud in many ways.”

Google is tied into massive contracts with Amazon and Microsoft, which is starting to alarm consumers after today’s other announcement of massive privacy issues. That article is forthcoming right here at AF-MG.com
