Authorities say three people have been killed and multiple others wounded in a workplace shooting in Aberdeen, Maryland Thursday morning.
The Hartford County Sheriff’s Office says they dispatched their deputies to a Rite-Aid Warehouse in the area of Spesutia Road and Perryman Road at around 9:09 AM. The Department says they have the suspect in custody and they are in the hospital in critical condition.
The ATF and FBI also deployed teams to help and respond as well. Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler says the suspect apparently used a handgun in the attack, and that the responding officers did not fire any shots at the scene.
The shooter according to officials is a female.
Officials have not released any other details at this time.
