A Georgia State Trooper fired a shot heard round the world over the weekend, and he put it brilliantly to protesters in his home state.

Protesters were screaming and yelling at the trooper to take a knee, and he refused, but he did so with grace and dignity, and the way it should be.

“If I didn’t have any respect, I wouldn’t [be here],” Saddler explained. “I was supposed to be out of town this weekend with my wife. I took off today, this weekend, but I’m out here to make sure y’all are safe.”

He added, “Don’t go there with respect, OK? I have much respect, but I only kneel for one person.”

Someone in the crowd replied: “And that’s God,” which the trooper confirmed: “God.”

I sure wish more law enforcement would follow his lead, he is spot on!

  1. God wouldn’t be happy with the police force, however.

  2. I am glad to see that there is at least one intelligent person. We should not kneel for anyone except God.
